Shipping policies are designed for small-batch candles and wax goods, where safe packing and clear communication matter more than rushed promises.
Processing
Most orders are prepared in the order they are received. Small-batch products may need a little extra handling time during busy drops, warm weather, holidays, or market weeks.
Shipping rates
The shop currently offers $7.99 flat-rate shipping and free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more before tax. The final shipping amount is calculated during checkout.
Local pickup
When local pickup is available, it will appear at checkout. Wait for pickup instructions before heading out so the order can be packed and ready.
Warm-weather care
Wax can soften in high heat. During very warm stretches, orders may be packed with extra care or held briefly to protect candles and wax goods in transit.
Damaged packages
If an item arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact the shop with your order number and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Massachusetts tax
Massachusetts sales tax is calculated for Massachusetts shipping addresses. Orders shipped outside Massachusetts do not collect sales tax through this storefront at this time.
